What goes up, must come down! that's a cliché used by all.
Some use the term to talk about their children when they are on sugar, they
might bounce from wall to wall and ceiling to ceiling and from room to room,
but for us as parents we know it will soon end and the sugar buzz they had will
go away and they will come down. Some of use the cliché term as far as someone
that is boastful, when people receive financial prosperity they tend to get a
little arrogant and forget how they received the blessing, and become boastful
and arrogant. And thou say in thine heart, my power and the might of mine hand
hath gotten me this wealth. But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God:
for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his
covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as [it is] this day.
There is nothing
wrong with financially wealth, we just need to be wise in all of our ways. In
all thy ways acknowledge him, and he
shall direct thy paths. He doesn't want us to be arrogant and
prideful with our financial blessings. We are to be as humble as He would be and
he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every
creature. (Mark 16:15) Also
the Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath
anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the
brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight
to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.
That's what the wealth
is for to spread the goodness of God and all His glory. Do you
think God was prideful? The answer is no, because if He was He would never
share what He has put in this earth and in heaven. He would keep the angels all
to himself and never send them out to assist you in your every need, according
to his riches in glory. Prayers goes up and blessings come down. The space
shuttle goes up and comes down, hot air balloons goes up and comes down, planes
goes up and comes down, prices goes up and comes down and of course the stocks
go up and come down. Pride and arrogance goes up, but in the end it will come
down.
The holy spirit will speak to you on what to do to ensure you stay
humble. God loves you enough to humble you. As for instance Satan himself, he
was on the top and thought he could out do God, but unfortunately God took him
up and brought him right back down, and will be sent to the abyss forever
because his pride kept him in the wrong standings with God, he thought he was
the one who got himself there and he couldn't humble himself. Adam was another
one to come down, God placed him in a great position of authority, and once
again pride crept in and bam, he went down. The earth is the LORD'S, and the
fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein and what
do we do, we think we are the ones who got us there, it was God. Some may say
as the Lord giveth and he taketh away. We are the ones that gets it taken away,
by not using wisdom, If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth
to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
God want us to have it all and have it more abundantly. We serve
the Lord whole heartily with our mind body and soul, the heavens is unlimitless,
man would say the sky's the limit, but with God there is no limit no
boundaries. There is a lot of great wealthy men and women of God that practice
the principal of humility. Just like the stars in the sky they are up and never
come down, because they understand their atmosphere. They are aware where God
placed them in this earth to do with the wealth.
God's word never goes down,
just his love from Heaven. May God
continue to keep us in humility status!!
Continue to FLOURISH in all you do with humility!
